Funnels
Measure progression and drop-off through an ordered sequence of events and page paths.
Open Reports, then Funnels in the Hardal Dashboard.
Saved funnels
Each saved funnel shows its name, ordered steps, and configured breakdowns. Expand a funnel card to inspect its results for the selected date range. Use its settings control to manage the definition.

Read funnel results
The chart and step rail show how many visits progress through the selected sequence and where drop-off occurs. Later steps depend on reaching earlier steps in order.
The Breakdown table lets you compare groups and inspect nested dimensions. Use the grouping controls, sorting, and pagination to explore the results.
If no visits reach a later step, the report keeps reached steps visible and shows guidance for the remaining steps. Check the event or path setup and date range before treating a zero as a confirmed conversion problem.
When to use it
Use a funnel for a checkout, lead form, signup, or another defined journey. Use Page Flow to explore observed paths without defining a fixed sequence.
