Dashboard Navigation

The Hardal dashboard provides comprehensive analytics and management capabilities through four main sections:

Analytics Tabs

1

Overview

Key metrics dashboard showing visitors (sessions), page views, average session duration, and traffic overview charts with browser, device, and location data.
2

Events

All events listed and grouped by date, event type, and referrer. Each event includes full session context for comprehensive analysis.
3

Sessions

Detailed view of every session showing the complete user journey as a timeline. PII content in URLs is automatically redacted for privacy.
4

Reports

Campaign reports with UTM parameter tracking and custom conversion goals. Custom reports provide raw data access without requiring SQL knowledge.

Key Features

Track complete visitor journeys anonymously without cookies. Each visitor equals a session with no timeout limitations, and each device is counted individually.
Track marketing campaign performance using UTM parameters. Set custom conversion goals (like add_to_cart or purchase) and calculate conversion rates automatically.
Automatic PII redaction in URLs and data protection features ensure GDPR and privacy compliance while maintaining analytics accuracy.
Access live data with real-time event tracking, session monitoring, and instant campaign performance updates.
