|---|---|
| Total Events | Tracked events in the selected report range. |

Event filters
Open Filters → Behavior → Event name, select event names, then click Apply to scope overview metrics. This is separate from:
- Key Events, which defines the activity counted as key events and engaged sessions.
- The timeline's Events picker, which chooses chart series.
- Column filters in Event Log, which help find individual occurrences.
Event Timeline
Use the chart's Events picker to choose event names to compare over time. Click a legend entry to hide or show a series. Keep the report date range and filters in view when interpreting changes.
Event Log
The log lists individual occurrences with event name, time, page, device and location details, session, and visitor context. Use column controls to filter or sort records and pagination to inspect more results. Refresh event log reloads the log.
No ID means an identifier is unavailable. It does not mean that the event is missing.
Event detail
Click an event name to open its detail dialog. The dialog shows device, browser, operating system, location, identity, page, attribution, and event data when available.
Use the session link under Identity to open the related Session Overview. A No event data available message means the occurrence has no additional event-data fields to display.
