Inspect an Event and Its Session
Open an event occurrence, inspect its context, and follow it to the related session.
Inspect an event and its session
Find the event
Open Engagement, then Events. Set the reporting range and use Event Log filters or sorting to find an occurrence.
Open event detail
Click the event name. Review the time, page, device, attribution, and event data when available.
Open the related session
Under Identity, click the session link to open Session Overview.
Review the visit
Check the landing and exit pages, duration, consent status, and Session Event Timeline. Use Open in Events on a timeline occurrence to return to its event context.
No ID means that an identifier is unavailable. No event data available means the event has no additional event-data fields to display. Neither message alone means collection failed.
