Choose Key Events
Choose the events used for Key Events counts and engaged sessions.
Choose key events
Open Engagement
Confirm the active tenant, then open Engagement and choose Events.
Review the selection
Open Key Events. Search the event names and select the activity you want to count as engagement, such as a submitted form or a purchase event that your implementation sends.
Read Key Events
Close the picker and review the Key Events scorecard for the selected date range. This counts occurrences of the selected events.
Check engaged sessions
Switch to Sessions. The same selection appears under Engaged events. Review Engaged sessions and Engaged session rate.
One session with several selected events counts once as an engaged session. The Event Timeline Events picker only chooses chart series; it does not define key events.
