Tenants
Use Tenants to create tenants and monitor their provisioning status.
Tenant management
Open Organization, then Tenants. The table shows Name, Tenant ID, Organization, Status, Status Message, Created, a read-only system identifier, and Actions.
Owners and admins can click New Tenant. Select an organization, enter a required Tenant name, and optionally provide a Tenant ID. Click Create Tenant to start provisioning.
Status and actions
Use Status to distinguish Pending, Provisioning, Ready, and Failed tenants. Status Message provides more detail when a provisioning message is available.
Owners and admins can use Edit to change the tenant Name or Tenant ID, then click Save Changes.
Tenant ID is the editable short identifier. The separate system identifier in the table is read-only.
