Members & Roles
Use Members & Roles to manage organization members, invitations, and roles.
Organization members
Members & Roles shows who has access to the organization and what they can do.
The table includes active members and pending invitations. Its columns are Name, Email, Role, Status, and Actions.
Owners and admins can invite members, change non-owner roles, remove members, resend pending invitations, and revoke them. Owners can also transfer ownership.
Role types
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Manage the organization and its resources, manage members, and transfer ownership. |
| Admin | Manage organization resources and members. |
| Viewer | View available Dashboard data without management controls. |
When to use it
Open Members & Roles when you need to:
- Invite a teammate.
- Change a member role.
- Resend or revoke a pending invitation.
- Remove a member or transfer ownership.
