Account creation options

Create an account when you need Dashboard access as a new owner or when an invitation belongs to an email that does not yet have an account.

For a new organization owner account, enter:

• Name.
• Email.
• Password with at least eight characters.
• Organization name.

What happens next

If you open a valid organization invitation and the invited email does not have an account, your email is already set. Enter your name and a password with at least eight characters, then click Create account and join. The Dashboard opens Onboarding for the organization you joined.

If the invited email already has an account, click Sign in to accept. After signing in with that email, return to the invitation and click Accept invitation.

If an invitation is no longer available, ask an owner or admin to resend it.
