Get Customer.io API Credentials

  1. Log in to your Customer.io account
  2. Go to Settings > API Credentials
  3. Copy your Site ID and API Key
  4. Note your data center region (US or EU)

Configure Hardal Integration

In your Hardal dashboard:
  1. Go to Destinations > Add Destination
  2. Select Customer.io
  3. Enter your Site ID and API Key
  4. Select your data center region

Set Up Customer Tracking

Configure data flow:
  • Customer identification and attributes
  • Event tracking for behavioral triggers
  • Custom properties for segmentation
  • Revenue tracking for lifecycle value
