Send your Hardal analytics data to ActiveCampaign to create and update contacts, trigger email automation workflows, and track customer engagement across the entire lifecycle.

Get ActiveCampaign API Credentials

  1. Log in to your ActiveCampaign account
  2. Go to Settings > Developer
  3. Copy your API URL and API Key
  4. Note your account name from the API URL (e.g., if URL is https://yourcompany.api-us1.com, your account name is yourcompany)

Configure Hardal Integration

In your Hardal dashboard:
  1. Navigate to Destinations > Add Destination
  2. Select ActiveCampaign
  3. Enter your API Key and Account Name
  4. Test the connection

Set Up Data Mapping

Configure which Hardal events should:
  • Create or update contacts
  • Add tags to contacts
  • Trigger automation workflows
  • Update custom field values
