Verify Your Setup
Use the Dashboard Onboarding page to review workspace, source installation, and first-data verification progress.
How verification works
The Onboarding page tracks setup progress without blocking access to the rest of the Dashboard.
Open Onboarding
Open Onboarding from the Dashboard navigation.
Review workspace readiness
Check the Organization, Tenant, and Sources rows. Use New Source if the source you need has not been added yet.
Open the source setup
Under Install and verify each source, find your source and choose Open setup. Use the identifiers, first-party domain, and installation instructions shown there.
Check first-data verification
Return to Onboarding and click Check for data under Verify first data. If analytics data has arrived, the source changes to Verified and shows when verification happened.
Invite your team when ready
Invite your team is optional. Choose Manage team to invite Admins and Viewers.
If first data is not verified
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| The tracker does not load | Open the source setup and confirm that the script URL, Tenant ID, and Source ID match the generated snippet. |
| No collection request appears | Confirm that DNS for your first-party URL resolves and that the browser can reach it. |
| Data still does not arrive | Trigger a page view or test event, then check the browser Network panel for requests to the first-party URL. |
